Eminence Minerals (ASX:EMA) has appointed Anthony Hills as CEO, effective Feb. 23.
Hills brings over 16 years of international experience in complex processing operations, commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness across the energy and industrial sectors.
He has held senior roles at Woodside Energy and INPEX, and has led commissioning and operations in growth-stage companies, including Hazer Group (ASX:HZR) and Northvolt in Sweden.
His appointment is aimed at strengthening Eminence's technical evaluation, strategic partner engagement, and capital-efficient project execution as the company advances its exploration and project portfolio.
Non-Executive Chairman Agha Shahzad Pervez said, "Anthony's experience across complex operational environments will enhance our technical assessment and decision-making capabilities, supporting disciplined execution as we prioritise exploration and development opportunities."
Commenting on his appointment, Hills said, "I am pleased to join Eminence and look forward to applying structured, methodical approaches to advance the company’s exploration programs, with a strong focus on safety, data quality, and cost discipline."
