
Eminence Minerals completes project sale for US$2M
- Eminence Minerals has completed the sale of its 100% owned Mata da Corda Project in Brazil.

Eminence Minerals (ASX:EMA) has finalised the sale of its total stake in the Mata da Corda Project in Brazil for a cash payment of US$2 million.
The transaction follows a binding asset sale agreement announced on July 6, which required all conditions precedent to be satisfied before completion.
"The completion of this transaction represents another important milestone for Eminence," said Eminence CEO Anthony Hills.
The final payment consists of approximately $2.5 million in capital raising to strengthen the corporate balance sheet.
Following the announcement, the Eminence Minerals share price was unchanged at $0.043.
The company stated that the inbound funds will be used to enhance financial flexibility while continuing to advance its primary exploration assets.
The broader corporate strategy focuses on portfolio optimisation and the direct evaluation of additional mineral growth opportunities.
