Emeco (ASX:EHL) reported full-year operational results for the period ending June 30, 2026, delivering group revenue of $792.8 million and statutory net profit after tax of $76.7 million.
The diversified business model enabled earnings growth, strong cash generation, and further deleveraging compared with the previous financial year.
The board approved an on-market share buy-back of up to 10% of shares on issue to use balance sheet capacity efficiently.
Adjusted operating free cash flow reached $114.5 million with a cash conversion rate of 108%, while net leverage fell to 0.43 times.
The company stated that the new project pipeline will drive increased utilisation forecasts to approximately 90% for surface and 80% for underground operations by the end of the 2027 financial year.

The business continues to focus on its maintenance and technology offerings as key operational differentiators while pursuing opportunistic growth and sector consolidation.
The group maintains a strong balance sheet with approximately $315 million in available liquidity and debt maturity extended out to 2030.
