Elevate Uranium (ASX:EL8) announced positive operational test results from its continuous U-pgrade demonstration pilot plant.
The trial results met internal design expectations, surpassing previous laboratory-scale benchmarks.
"All five unit operations performed continuously and seamlessly together, validating the performance of our patented process," said Elevate Uranium Managing Director Murray Hill.
The pilot processing unit successfully reduced total ore mass by up to 80% while retaining high uranium recovery rates.
The company stated that the confirmed metallurgical performance will form the baseline design for its planned full-scale development facility.
Following the announcement, the Elevate Uranium share price was down at $0.27.
