Electro Optic Systems (ASX:EOS) signed a £370 million contract to supply nationwide counter-drone defence technology to a Middle Eastern Gulf state.
The agreement represents a massive increase in commercial scope compared to the company's previous international defence orders.
The company stated that the contract provides extensive system integration using its proprietary MARSS NIDAR command-and-control software.
Under the terms of the deal, product deliveries and operational deployment will begin immediately and run through 2027.
Following the announcement, the Electro Optic Systems share price was unchanged at $11.25.
Electro Optic Systems specialises in remote weapon stations, counter-drone systems, and space domain awareness technologies for military clients globally.
The business has steadily expanded its global supply pipeline by executing defence technology contracts across NATO-aligned nations and Middle Eastern partners.
