EDU Holdings expects H1 revenue to rise 48% to $53.5M

EDU Holdings (ASX:EDU) expects first-half 2026 revenue to rise 48% to $53.5 million based on its latest guidance.

The outcome compares to $36.1 million in revenue reported during the previous corresponding period.

The education provider projected earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation to grow 51% to $16.5 million.

EDU Holdings reported net cash of $24 million after distributing $15.2 million through dividends and share buybacks.

Following the announcement, the EDU Holdings share price was unchanged at $0.94.

Higher education enrolments at its Ikon division increased 57% following the recent implementation of national code reforms.

The company stated that its first-half operating margin is expected to increase by 1 percentage point to 31%.
