Dynamic Metals resumes gold exploration in Western Australia
- Dynamic Metals completed a 286-sample soil sampling programme at the Princess Sally gold prospect following historic data reviews that identified a 900-metre gold-in-soil anomaly.
- The company's stock remained unchanged following the exploration update.
- The programme aims to generate a high-resolution geochemical dataset to define priority target areas for future drilling across the Widgiemooltha Project tenure.
Dynamic Metals (ASX:DYM) has recommenced fieldwork across its broader Widgiemooltha Project area after identifying a 900-metre gold anomaly with soil results reaching up to 415 parts per billion.
The new development follows a historic data review revealing that six historic drill holes near the anomaly margins were never assayed for gold.
Dynamic’s Managing Director, Karen Wellman, said, “Princess Sally is a great example of the opportunities we are generating through a fresh review of the extensive historical datasets across our Widgiemooltha portfolio.”
The company completed a 286-sample soil sampling programme across 19 lines using ultra-fine multi-element analysis to evaluate gold concentrations and pathfinder elements.
Following the announcement, the Dynamic Metals share price was unchanged at $0.56.
Fieldwork is set to shift next to the Redross prospect for further soil sampling, alongside ongoing reverse circulation drilling at Little Pea and geophysical targeting at Lake Zot.
Dynamic Metals holds a portfolio of gold, lithium, and nickel exploration assets located in Western Australia.
