Share

Prefabricated modular data centre specialist DXN (ASX:DXN) secured a landmark $8.8 million binding contract with a US-listed global neo-cloud operator, marking its maiden entry into the high-performance computing segment.

Under the agreement, DXN will design, engineer, manufacture, commission, and deliver a 1.36-megawatt AI HPC modular data centre.

Manufacturing is scheduled to commence immediately, with on-site commissioning at the client's US mainland facility expected within approximately six months.

Should the initial phase succeed, DXN projects a massive cumulative follow-on revenue opportunity exceeding US$200 million over the next one to two years.

Managing Director Shalini Lagrutta described the contract as a "defining milestone" that validates DXN’s strategic direction, direct liquid cooling expertise, and speed-to-deployment capabilities tailored for the high-density AI inference market.

At the time of reporting, DXN’s share price was $0.089.
