Dimerix (ASX:DXB) has executed an exclusive licensing agreement with Everest Medicines to develop and commercialise its clinical-stage drug candidate, DMX-200, across Greater China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

The transaction expands the international commercial footprint for the asset, which is being evaluated in a global phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.

The reference file named "image_5afd1d.jpg" shows that the company operates as a biopharmaceutical business focused on developing new therapies in areas with unmet medical needs from its headquarters in Victoria, Australia.

The arrangement follows a series of regional deals for the drug, including a prior A$230 million licensing agreement covering the European Economic Area with Advanz Pharma.

Following the announcement, the Dimerix share price was unchanged at $0.35.

The broader corporate strategy relies on securing regional partnerships to fund and support the global clinical progression of its primary anti-inflammatory pipeline assets.

The business has previously established similar development and distribution pathways across multiple international jurisdictions to mitigate late-stage development risks.
