The board has commenced a formal executive search process evaluating both internal and external candidates for the permanent role.

The existing leadership team will remain in place to manage ongoing operations and ensure strategic continuity.

Following the announcement, the DigiCo Infrastructure REIT share price was down at $2.37.

The digital infrastructure platform manages a global portfolio of data centres across Australia and North America.

The entity focuses on brownfield and greenfield developments targeting an initial 161 megawatts of future expansion capacity.
