Decidr AI appoints Penny Diamantakiou as new CFO
Decidr AI Industries (ASX:DAI) announced the strategic appointment of Penny Diamantakiou as its new CFO, effective May 12.
The leadership transition comes at a critical juncture for the Australian-listed agentic AI enablement group as it seeks to scale its flagship DecidrOS platform across global enterprise markets.
Diamantakiou, a seasoned veteran with over 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership, arrives with a distinguished pedigree of navigating complex multinational environments across the digital, e-commerce, and technology sectors.
Her professional background includes high-profile roles at prominent organisations such as Nearmap, WooliesX, Yahoo7!, and SingTel-Optus.
The track record in high-growth SaaS and technology businesses is expected to provide the commercial discipline and analytics-driven decision-making necessary to support DAI’s ambitious expansion strategy.
The company, which maintains 100% ownership of Decidir.ai and the US-based Sugarwork, views this appointment as a fundamental milestone in its corporate evolution.
David Brudenell, Executive Chairman of DAI, expressed strong confidence in the move, describing Diamantakiou as an "exceptional finance leader" with a proven history of managing major capital transactions across multiple geographies.
By integrating her expertise in mergers and acquisitions and financial governance, DAI aims to bolster its executive team’s capacity to handle the rigours of international scaling.
At the time of reporting, Decidr AI Industries’ share price was $0.68.
