Dataworks (ASX:DWG) has announced a capital raising of up to $4.2 million before costs to fund its next stage of business growth.
The offering comprises a $3 million placement to institutional investors alongside a $1.2 million non-renounceable entitlement offer for existing shareholders.
The issue price of $0.12 per share represents an 11% discount to the company's 15-trading-day volume-weighted average price.
Participants will also receive one free attaching option for every two new shares subscribed, exercisable at $0.20 through December 2027.
Following the announcement the Dataworks share price was unchanged at $0.15.
