Data Center Construction Should Be Decided At 'Local Level' Says Beth Van Duyne

Republican Representative from Texas Beth Van Duyne said that decisions around data center construction should be made at the local level and that local governments and constituents should have conversations about the reality of the impact on the ground, but that she does not see it as a federal issue. The Congresswoman also discussed the midterm races in Texas and said that she expects more PAC money to flow into statewide races.
