Cybersecurity provider WhiteHawk (ASX:WHK) appointed Adrian Vallino as Group CEO effective July 1 to lead its next phase of commercial growth.

The appointment comes as the company focuses on scaling its artificial intelligence capabilities following a period of strategic realignments.

Vallino brings more than two decades of corporate leadership experience from senior executive roles at financial institutions, including Challenger (ASX:CGF), Genworth Financial, and BNY.

The company stated that its immediate strategic priorities under the new leadership are to grow recurring revenue and commercialise the recently acquired Quixxi Clarity AI platform.

The business model relies on expanding a partner-led international distribution network to extend its commercial reach across multiple industries and government agencies.

As part of its broader digital risk management strategy, the firm continues to deploy scalable compliance solutions to assist corporate boards with developing governance obligations.
