Cuba Warns US Sanctions Are Blocking Reform

Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío tells Bloomberg This Weekend host David Gura that Cuba remains ready for talks with the US, but says continued sanctions and economic pressure are hampering the island's efforts to reform its economy. De Cossío also says Cuba would welcome greater US investment and hopes the confrontation can ultimately end through negotiations.
