Corporate Travel Management names new CEO
- Corporate Travel Management has permanently appointed acting CEO Ana Pedersen as managing director and group CEO.
- Following the announcement, the Corporate Travel Management share price remained unchanged at $16.07.

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) has permanently appointed acting CEO Ana Pedersen to the roles of managing director and group CEO.
Pedersen has served as acting CEO since Feb. 2, bringing over 20 years of sector experience to the permanent position starting July 23.
"The board is confident that Ana is the right person to lead CTM through its current challenges and position the company for long-term success," said Corporate Travel Management Chairman Ewen Crouch.
Pedersen originally joined the business in October 2024, holding the role of global chief commercial officer before taking over interim group leadership duties.
The new CEO stated that the team remains focused on maintaining operational priorities while working towards fair outcomes for affected parties.
Following the announcement, the Corporate Travel Management share price was unchanged at $16.07.
The global travel provider continues to manage ongoing commercial priority resets across its primary operations.
