Corporate Travel Management, Amadeus seal five-year global partnership

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) executed a five-year global partnership agreement with Amadeus IT Group to serve as its preferred Global Distribution System provider across all regions.

The multi-year agreement follows a competitive tender process and positions the technology provider to support operations spanning more than 400 airlines, approximately 2 million hotel properties, and over 25 rail providers.

"We are delighted to announce this partnership with Amadeus, a leading global technology provider that connects travel sellers with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, airport operations, payment and data solutions," said Corporate Travel Management Managing Director and Group CEO Ana Pedersen.

The company stated that the integration will enable round-the-clock automation of ticketing, queue management, quality control, and schedule change processing to reduce manual servicing tasks.

Corporate Travel Management expects the partnership to deliver progressive financial and operational benefits as transaction volumes migrate over the five-year term of the agreement.

Following the announcement, the Corporate Travel Management share price was unchanged at $16.07.

The company provides travel management services across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Asia, and Europe.
