Corporate Travel extends UK public contracts for £105M

• Corporate Travel Management has secured 12-month contract extensions with three major UK government entities.
• The extended government arrangements are expected to generate approximately £105 million in total transaction value.
• The extensions allow the company to maintain its momentum and operational scale in the UK public sector market.

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) has secured contract extensions with the UK Home Office, Scottish Government, and Cabinet Office that are expected to generate £105 million in total transaction value.

The extensions build on CTM's existing arrangements with His Majesty's Government, continuing its delivery of travel and accommodation services across multiple departments.

Ana Pedersen, Managing Director and Group CEO of CTM, said, “These renewals reflect the value CTM continues to deliver to our customers and reinforce our position as a trusted partner to major public-sector organisations in the UK.”

The company stated that while it routinely secures wins globally, it considers these extensions material due to the strategic importance of the customers.

Under the individual agreements, the Home Office contract was extended to Aug. 31, 2027, with an expected £65 million in transaction value, while the Scottish Government contract was extended to Sept. 11, 2027, to generate £25 million.

The extensions reinforce CTM's ongoing UK government operations across rail, accommodation, and air travel services.

Following the announcement, the Corporate Travel Management share price was down at $2.37.

The company provides business travel management services to government and corporate clients across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Asia, and Europe.

CTM manages public sector travel frameworks, including the RM6217 agreement covering 93 participating Scottish public-sector organisations.
