'Complicated' for Politicians to Paint Positive Economic Picture, Says Patrick McHenry

Former Republican Congressman from North Carolina Patrick McHenry said that its 'complicated' for politicians to try and paint a positive picture of the US economy during midterm campaigning as voters contend with inflation and higher energy prices. McHenry said that it is unlikely for congress to act on reducing the US debt, because politicians on both sides don't really care about reducing spending.
