Collins Foods (ASX:CKF) reported a 6.6% increase in total sales across its global network during the first 17 weeks of FY27 on a constant-currency basis.

The performance represents a solid continuation of momentum after the company delivered record revenue of $1.59 billion in FY26.

“FY26 was a year of disciplined execution—we grew the business and lifted profitability in every market and refocused the company on the KFC brand to set up our next stage of growth,” said Collins Foods CEO Xavier Simonet.

The growth included a 6.4% total sales rise at KFC Australia, alongside a 44.0% total sales jump in Germany after adding eight Munich locations.

The business completed the transfer of 20 Taco Bell restaurants to new ownership in August to concentrate fully on core KFC assets.

Following the announcement, the Collins Foods share price was up at $8.46.

The group operates 375 KFC restaurants across Australia and Europe while continuing to evaluate expansion targets.
