
Codan reports $875M in FY26 revenue

Technology firm Codan (ASX:CDA) reported $875 million in full-year revenue, representing a 30% increase from last year.
The resulting $175.2 million net profit slightly exceeded the market guidance the company provided in April. EBIT rose 67% to $244.1 million.

The communications unit recorded $506.2 million in revenue, which the company stated exceeded its internal growth targets.
Following the announcement, the Codan share price was up at $49.90.
The board declared a final dividend of 29 cents per share, bringing its total FY26 dividend to 48.5 cents.
The metal detection division contributed $362 million in revenue, achieving a 42% increase compared to last year.
Codan finished FY26 with net cash of $35.7 million, an improvement of $123.9 million versus net debt of $88.2 million in the six months since Dec. 31, 2025.
