Coast Entertainment Holdings (ASX:CEH) has secured Queensland Government approval for a mixed-use development application across its 55-hectare Coomera landholding.
The decision resolves a planning process initiated in September 2023 and called in by state planners in October 2025.
The approved masterplan establishes four dedicated precincts for tourism, nature-based ventures, and commercial facilities alongside existing theme parks.
To evaluate funding options for the site, the board commissioned an independent valuation and appointed Barrenjoey Advisory.
Following the announcement, the Coast Entertainment share price was up at $0.52.
The company reported double-digit growth in ticket sales, visitation, and revenue for its theme parks division in fiscal 2026.
The 55-hectare property sits adjacent to the Pacific Motorway and contains both undeveloped land and operating theme parks.
