Clime Capital (ASX:CAM) announced a financial recovery, forecasting a pre-tax profit of approximately $7.8 million for the half-year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

The result marks a substantial turnaround from the $1.9 million loss reported in the same period last year, driven by a portfolio return of 8.15% that nearly doubled the 4.4% benchmark of the All Ords Accumulation Index.

Following these strong results, the board has signaled its intent to declare a March quarter dividend of at least 1.35 cents per share, with the franking rate proposed to increase to 65%.

The company currently maintains a profit reserve of $35.3 million and anticipates a positive franking account balance by mid-2026.

At the time of reporting, Clime Capital’s share price was $0.70.
