Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX:CWY) announced a leadership transition while forecasting $470 million in annual underlying earnings.
The projected figure sits near the midpoint of previous guidance provided to the market in April 2026.
"I am delighted to welcome Nigel to Cleanaway," said Cleanaway CEO Mark Schubert.
Incoming CFO Nigel Simonsz starts on July 27, while outgoing CFO Paul Binfield supports the transition through H1 FY27.
Following the announcement the Cleanaway share price was unchanged at $2.60 ahead of full reporting on Aug. 20.
The management update comes as the business continues executing its long-term Blueprint 2030 growth strategy.
