Change Financial (ASX:CCA) delivered unaudited full-year 2026 revenue of $26 million, marking a 21% increase from the previous period.

The financial technology firm saw its underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation reach $4.7 million, which matched its updated market guidance.

“With a strong FY26, we have more than doubled the size of the revenue of the company over the past three years, delivering a compound annual growth rate of 28%,” said Change Financial CEO Tony Sheehan.

The company closed the financial year with $2 million held in cash-backed security guarantees.

Management stated that it expects further growth in the 2027 financial year, driven primarily by platform-as-a-service and software sales.

Following the announcement, the Change Financial share price was up at $0.09.

The company's primary operational focus centres on expanding its cloud-based card issuing and payment processing technology across global markets.

Over recent quarters, the firm has focused on migrating clients away from legacy systems to higher-margin platform solutions while expanding its client base across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
