Change Financial (ASX:CCA) met its upgraded financial guidance for the 2026 financial year after delivering US$18.2 million in total revenue.

The 21% annual revenue growth compares against the US$15 million generated by the company during the 2025 financial year.

The fourth quarter generated US$4.6 million in revenue alongside US$0.8 million in underlying EBITDA.

Following the announcement, the Change Financial share price was unchanged at $0.07.

The business expects growth in FY27 to be driven by its Australian and New Zealand Payments as a Service platform, despite anticipating client churn from legacy on-premises software.

Change Financial will transition its official market reporting currency from US dollars to Australian dollars starting July 1.
