CFTC's Selig Says Clarity Act Gives Crypto Clear Rules

Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Michael Selig says the crypto industry will get market structure rules even if Congress does not pass the so-called Clarity Act. Selig says he's optimistic the bill will pass, but regulators are ready to act if it doesn't. He speaks to Bloomberg's Tyler Kendall.
