
Centuria Office REIT achieves $66.9M operating earnings
- Funds from operations reached $66.9 million for FY26, meeting full-year guidance.
- Statutory profit rebounded to $55.2 million following a net loss in the previous year.

Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF) reported funds from operations of $$66.9 million for fiscal year 2026, meeting its market guidance.
Statutory profit reached $55.2 million, recovering from a statutory loss of $19.8 million recorded in the prior year.
"Conditions across Australian domestic office markets continued to stabilise during the year, reflected in an improvement in portfolio valuations," said Centuria Office REIT Fund Manager Belinda Cheung.
Management refinanced $1 billion of debt to extend average maturities while completing the sale of a Chatswood property for $90 million.
The trust stated that it expects fiscal year 2027 distributions of 9 cents per unit, and following the announcement, the Centuria Office REIT share price was unchanged at $0.89.
Portfolio occupancy remained stable at 91% across 18 commercial properties valued at $1.80 billion.
Leasing activity reached 39,821sqm across 47 individual transactions during the 12-month period.
