Centuria Capital (ASX:CNI) executed agreements for a $165 million senior bridge GPU financing facility alongside a new master services agreement with CDC Data Centres.

This development builds on the group's prior equity raising initiatives and aims to accelerate infrastructure delivery timelines for digital assets.

“The agreements expand available deployment capacity and support staged NVIDIA GPU procurement across facilities,” said Centuria Capital Joint CEO Jason Huljich.

The arrangement includes an initial allocation of 7 megawatts of capacity alongside 72 megawatts of dedicated power generation units secured for delivery in 2028.

The company stated that customer revenue commencement remains on track for the second half of fiscal year 2027 while reaffirming full-year guidance.

Following the announcement, the Centuria Capital share price was down at $1.58.

The specialist investment manager oversees more than $22 billion in assets spanning listed and unlisted real estate funds, investment bonds, and emerging data centre platforms.

Recent corporate actions by the group include a $300 million institutional placement and entitlement offer executed to support ongoing capital requirements.
