Centrepoint Alliance acquires Queensland wealth client books

Share

Centrepoint Alliance (ASX:CAF) announced agreements to acquire the client books and servicing employed advisers of Queensland-based practices Cairns Wealth and Pinnacle Wealth.

The aggregated transactions are valued at approximately $3 million in cash.

The dual acquisition is set to expand Centrepoint’s salaried advice business while establishing a physical footprint across all major regional centres in Queensland.

Both financial practices currently operate within the Astute Financial Management Pty Ltd network.

The transaction strengthens Centrepoint’s strategic B2B alliance with Astute, which serves as a key referral and distribution partner.

Cairns Wealth advisers will continue to work from existing Astute premises in Cairns, while Pinnacle Wealth advisers will integrate directly into Centrepoint’s Brisbane corporate office.

The books represent approximately $1.5 million in revenue, driven by established recurring earnings and steady adviser productivity.

The acquisition incorporates three advisers and is expected to deliver an EBIT contribution between $0.60 million and $0.65 million.

Aligned with the company’s disciplined capital deployment framework, the transaction structures are intentionally designed to support the continuity of earnings, with full earnings accretion projected for FY27.
