· Cauldron aims to expand its existing 55.6 million pound uranium resource through targeted drilling.
Cauldron Energy (ASX:CXU) mapped a three-kilometre palaeochannel extension during seismic surveying across 153.3km at the Yanrey Uranium Project.
The new surveying confirmed a broad western channel that previous drilling in 2025 suggested but had not established.
"Confidence is high that uranium mineralisation at Yanrey will continue to grow," said Cauldron Energy CEO Jonathan Fisher.
Cauldron plans heritage clearances in late 2026 before drilling targets across Yanrey's 1,493km2 footprint.
Following the announcement, the Cauldron Energy share price was down 13.33% at $0.13.
The Yanrey Project holds three deposits containing a combined 55.6 million pounds of uranium oxide.
Passive seismic surveys have currently covered only 20% of the overall project area.
