  • Drilling at the Manyingee South deposit extended uranium mineralisation by ~2,500m.
  • The company’s shares traded at $0.11 following the announcement.
  • Ongoing exploration aims to define the broader limits of the palaeochannel mineralisation halo.

Cauldron Energy (ASX:CXU) extended uranium mineralisation at its Manyingee South deposit by ~2,500m during its 2026 drilling programme.

The results from 19 drillholes follow an inferred mineral resource estimate of 21.2 million tonnes containing 14.6 million pounds of uranium oxide.

"We have moved on from expanding mineralisation at Manyingee North, where we have reached the limit of our existing heritage clearance, to expanding mineralisation at Manyingee South, with these latest results demonstrating that the mineralisation extends ~2.5 kms upstream, which is clearly a fabulous result," said Cauldron Energy CEO Jonathan Fisher.

The drilling confirmed that mineralisation remains open to the southeast and southwest within the Manyingee South palaeochannel.

Following the announcement, the Cauldron Energy share price was unchanged at $0.10.

The project sits adjacent to the historic Manyingee uranium deposit owned by Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN).

Results from a further 21 drillholes at Manyingee North showed mineralisation continuing north for several kilometres.
