
CAR Group reports $1.25B FY26 revenue

CAR Group (ASX:CAR) recorded a 12% rise in constant currency pro forma revenue to $1.25 billion for FY26.
The result exceeded the prior corresponding period, as the reported net profit after tax rose 14% to $314 million.
“We continued to move beyond traditional classifieds, building connected automotive ecosystems that support customers across more of the vehicle ownership journey,” said CAR Group CEO William Elliott.
The company declared a final dividend of 43.5 cents per share, bringing total FY26 dividends per share to 86 cents per share.
The company stated its FY27 strategy relies on automated product development with revenue growth of 11%-14%.
Following the announcement, the CAR share price was down at $27.02.
The organisation originally operated as an Australian listings platform before acquiring digital automotive marketplaces across Latin America and Asia.
