Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) acquired the 15.2-square-kilometre Piastri Project from Latitude 66 (ASX:LAT) to expand its landholding.

The asset transfer secures prospective ground located 200m east of the 1.96-million-ounce Ricciardo gold deposit.
