Canada sees little hope of resuming US trade talks before the midterms and is preparing to ride out the rest of President Donald Trump's term, according to people familiar with the matter. The US implemented a new 50% tax on imports of hundreds of Canadian items including furniture, plastics, plywood and electrical equipment on Saturday. Bloomberg's Jon Herskovitz reports.
