C.H. Robinson is set to acquire RXO's trucking brokerage business in a deal valued at about $5.8 billion. CEO and President Dave Bozeman said the combination would bring together C.H. Robinson's global multimodal, freight brokerage and forwarding operations with RXO's North American brokerage, last-mile and expedited services. He speaks with Scarlet Fu & Hema Parmar on "The Close."
