- The company logged an underlying EBITDA of $5.3 million, up from $1.2 million in FY25, while posting a reported EBITDA loss of $1.8 million due to supply chain and regulatory costs.

Infant formula maker Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) reported a 9.2% rise in full-year revenue to $111.9 million for FY26, supported by strong retail expansion in the United States.
The revenue increase from $102.5 million in FY25 came despite weaker sales performance across Australia and the rest of the world.
"FY26 marked important progress against our growth strategy, delivering revenue growth of 9% and strengthening the foundations for future growth. This was driven by continued momentum in the United States, where revenue increased 24% as we expanded distribution to more than 10,000 stores across targeted retail formats," said Bubs Australia CEO Joe Coote.
Supply chain expenses affected margins, including $3 million in temporary air freight, $3.9 million for a regulatory reset, and $1 million in non-Australian tariffs.
The business continues to pursue formal FDA authorisation to underpin its long-term expansion goals in the American market.
Following the announcement, the Bubs Australia share price was unchanged at $0.093.
Bubs Australia operates as a specialist producer of goat milk infant formula and organic baby food products.
The company focuses on growing its retail footprints across major global markets alongside direct-to-consumer digital channels.
