
BNK Banking names permanent CEO, CFO
- BNK Banking Corporation has permanently appointed Steve Kinsella as CEO and Judith Newman as CFO.

BNK Banking (ASX:BBC) locked in its permanent executive leadership team by appointing Steve Kinsella as CEO and Judith Newman as CFO.
The pair had previously filled both senior roles on an interim basis since April 2, stepping in while the board evaluated its long-term management structure.
"I have great confidence in both Steve and Judith, having worked with them closely for a considerable period," said BNK Chairman Jon Denovan.
The board approved an increase to Kinsella’s notice period from three months to six months, while all other previously disclosed remuneration arrangements remained unchanged.
The company stated that these permanent appointments are expected to support strategy implementation and future performance.
Following the announcement, the BNK Banking share price was unchanged at $0.26.
The lender operates as an Australian digital banking provider focused on delivering retail mortgage and lending products.
