
BluGlass names new managing director

BluGlass (ASX:BLG) has appointed its current executive director Jim Haden as managing director effective July 12.
Haden has served as CEO since March 1, 2023, and previously joined the board as an executive director on Dec. 9, 2025.
The company confirmed that Haden will maintain his role as CEO with zero adjustments made to his existing remuneration arrangements.
The board stated that the new title is more reflective of standard market practice for executive leaders.
Following the announcement, the BluGlass share price was down at $0.33.
The company operates as an end-to-end gallium nitride laser diode manufacturer with production facilities in Australia and the United States.
BluGlass combines its proprietary remote plasma chemical vapour deposition technology with advanced device design to service global defence and industrial markets.
