The board of Beamtree Holdings (ASX:BMT) announced the appointment of Gareth Pye as the company’s new CEO, effective July 13.

He brings over 18 years of experience from TechnologyOne, one of Australia's leading enterprise software companies, where he held major executive roles, including CFO, head of strategy, and head of product for the financials division.

His background uniquely combines deep leadership with rigorous financial discipline and a proven record of scaling software businesses across both domestic and international markets.

At Beamtree, Pye will focus on sharpening strategic priorities, strengthening operational execution, and turning the company’s research and development capabilities into sustainable, profitable growth.

Beamtree Chair Emma Gray highlighted that Pye’s unique combination of product leadership and financial expertise makes him the ideal leader to match the quality of Beamtree’s technology with disciplined growth.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Pye stated that he is honoured to step into the role during this critical transition, noting that his immediate focus will be on aligning product and commercial priorities to deliver lasting value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
