Healthcare technology company Beamtree (ASX:BMT) announced CFO Michelle Spiller will resign effective July 24 for personal reasons.

The departure follows recent executive changes, including the appointment of new CEO Gareth Pye earlier this month.

The company board formally acknowledged Spiller for her operational contributions and wished her well in future endeavours.

Beamtree appointed Neil Thompson as acting CFO with immediate effect while seeking a permanent replacement.

Following the announcement, the Beamtree share price was unchanged at $0.12.

Beamtree stated that it remains focused on operational efficiency to achieve cash operating profit break-even by FY27.
