Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8) has announced that CEO Nigel Broomham will step down from his role, effective March 20, 2026.

The company’s board has commenced a formal search for a new CEO to guide Battery Age through its next phase of growth and development.

The company emphasised that its near-term priorities remain unchanged, with all existing work programs and stakeholder engagements proceeding as planned. Broomham will assist in the leadership transition to ensure a smooth handover.

Non-Executive Chairman David Pevcic expressed gratitude for Broomham’s contributions, highlighting his role in advancing the company’s critical battery and precious metals projects.

Key achievements during his tenure include the acquisition and maiden drilling of the El Aguila Gold and Silver Project, progress at the Falcon Lake Lithium Project, and maiden drilling at the Bleiberg Zn-Germanium Project—milestones that have strengthened the company’s growth prospects and strategic foundation.
