Barclays' Rajadhyaksha Shifts to Neutral on Risk Assets

Barclays Global Chairman of Research Ajay Rajadhyaksha joins "Bloomberg Surveillance" with his outlook for markets as they trade at all time highs. He said his team was overweight risk assets last week on the belief that momentum would carry markets further but they have since turned neutral.
