
Bailador Technology Investments logs profit of $6.9M in FY26

Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) posted a net profit after tax of $6.9 million for the financial year ended June 30, alongside a portfolio return of 2.8%.
The positive financial result arrived while the broader ASX Information Technology 200 index fell 37% over the corresponding period.
"In a challenging year for technology businesses, where the ASX Information Technology 200 index fell 37%, the Bailador portfolio produced a positive result, and the consistent fully franked dividend policy has supported returns to shareholders," said Bailador Co-Founder and Managing Partner David Kirk.
The business declared a fully franked final dividend of 3.5 cents per share, representing an annualised grossed-up yield of 9.5%.
Following the announcement, the Bailador Technology Investments share price was unchanged at $1.07.
The technology expansion capital fund deployed $7.6 million into existing portfolio companies during the period, including a $5 million follow-on investment in DASH and $2.5 million into Rosterfy.
Underlying portfolio companies achieved combined revenue of $735 million with weighted revenue growth of 32% over the 12 months to June 30.
