Ava Risk Group (ASX:AVA) has appointed Bryant Henson as CEO, effective Aug. 24.
Henson previously served at Otis Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:OTIS), managing corporate growth strategies across 200 countries.
Prior to this role, he spent 16 years holding senior leadership positions at Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT).
The board stated the leadership change is designed to scale its critical infrastructure security business.
Following the announcement, the Ava Risk Group share price was down at $0.039.
Over recent years, the business invested capital to strengthen its existing security technology platforms.
Management stated the firm is now entering a phase focused strictly on expanding market share.
