Austral Resources Australia targets Rocklands restart

·       Austral Resources Australia confirms full funding through to the recommencement of operations at its Rocklands Copper Project.

·       Shares remained steady at $0.063 following the market update regarding operational funding and timeline milestones.

Austral Resources Australia (ASX:AR1) confirmed it remains fully funded through to the recommencement of its Rocklands Copper Project.

The site is currently transitioning from care and maintenance towards an operational restart planned for mid-to-late 2027.

"Earnings and cash flow accretive, the company remains fully funded through to Rocklands' recommencement," said Austral Resources Director Dan Jauncey.

Austral Resources stated the processing facility features a nameplate throughput capacity of up to 3 million tonnes per annum.

Following the announcement, the Austral Resources share price was unchanged at $0.063 as project preparations continued.

The copper producer operates open-cut assets in Queensland, producing LME Grade A cathode from its regional hub.

Recent corporate activity includes an unsolicited proposal for Hammer Metals alongside exploration drilling at the Snow Queen prospect.
