Austco Healthcare hits record $94.2M FY26 revenue
- Austco Healthcare reported a record full-year revenue of $94.2 million for FY26, representing a 15.8% year-on-year increase.
- Net profit after tax surged 51.8% to $9 million, supported by margin expansion and cash flow generation.
- Growth was driven by international expansion, four reseller acquisitions, and higher recurring software agreement sales.
Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) recorded a 15.8% revenue increase in FY26 to reach a record $94.2 million, driven by organic expansion and full-year acquisition contributions.
The revenue rise compares to the prior period, as lower input costs and integration efficiencies helped expand the company's gross margin by 140 basis points to 53.4%.
Unfilled contracted revenue reached $51.2 million by mid-August, representing a 13% increase from the end of June.
The group experienced a softer second half due to shifting hospital project timelines and supply-chain delays related to US tariffs.
Management characterised the revenue delays as temporary timing effects rather than lost business opportunities.
Following the announcement, the Austco Healthcare share price was up at $0.24.
The business operates internationally, offering software, nurse call, enterprise reporting, and real-time location services across more than 5,000 healthcare facilities in over 60 countries.
Austco Healthcare reinvested $4.8 million into product development during the year, while holding $16.3 million in cash with no material borrowings.
