Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) has solidified its position as a major force in the Australian telecommunications landscape, reporting double-digit revenue growth and significant market share gains for the half-year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

The company’s H1 FY26 performance was headlined by a group revenue of $637.8 million, an 8.4% increase compared to the prior corresponding period.

The growth was bolstered by an expansion in on-net broadband connections, which reached 827,700, and a strategic shift toward high-speed plans following the launch of NBN’s "Accelerate Great" program.

The company's NBN market share has risen to 8.8%, placing it on track to become Australia’s third-largest NBN service provider by the end of 2026.

Profitability saw a marked improvement, with underlying EBITDA rising 13.5% due to operational efficiencies and the successful integration of recent acquisitions like Nexgen.

CEO Brian Maher noted that nearly 70% of the customer base now utilises speeds of 100Mbps or higher, driven by increasing household data demands.

The company has upgraded its full-year FY26 EBITDA guidance to a range of $162 million to $167 million.
