Aussie Broadband sees FY26 revenue hit $1.30M

Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) reported 2026 full-year revenue of $1.30 billion and an underlying EBITDA of $165.3 million.

On-net connections increased 41%, expanding the company's National Broadband Network market share to 12.1%. On-net broadband connections exceeded 1.11 million on June 30.

The reported net profit after tax of $35.3 million includes a loss after tax of $17.2 million relating to the divestment of the Digital Sense Hosting business.

The company stated it expects the migration of AGL Telco services to complete during the second quarter of 2027.

"The migration of More and Tangerine connections and the acquisitions of AGL Telco and Nexgen have increased our scale, broadened our customer base and enhanced our ability to meet the evolving needs of customers across all segments,” said Group CEO Brian Maher.

The provider declared an $115 million share buyback and a fully franked final dividend of 3.6 cents per share, bringing the total dividend to 6 cents per share.

Executives forecast a 2027 underlying EBITDA of between $205 million and $215 million.

Following the announcement, the Aussie Broadband share price stood at $5.05.

Operating cash flow grew 42.5% to $167.2 million, resulting in a cash conversion rate of 101.2%.

Management stated the reported 0.9x net leverage ratio provides balance sheet flexibility for future market growth opportunities.
