Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) appointed Darren Rowland as its CFO, effective Feb. 23.
Rowland, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and capital markets, joins the company following an extensive executive search.
He most recently served an eight-year tenure as CFO of Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC), where he was instrumental in steering the business through periods of rapid scale and leading major debt and equity funding rounds.
His background also includes over a decade in senior leadership at Toll Group, where he managed complex commercial portfolios across both domestic and international markets.
The appointment comes as Aussie Broadband continues to execute its aggressive growth strategy in the high-speed fiber and voice sectors.
Group CEO Brian Maher praised Mr. Rowland’s "growth-oriented commercial mindset" and his proven track record in dynamic listed environments.
